Hour 2: Defining the Mission. Developing a personal "Fatherhood Mission Statement." What are the non-negotiable values you want to instill?

Hour 3: The Present Father. Tools for emotional regulation, presence in a digital world, and understanding the psychological needs of children at various development stages.
Stage 2: The Architecture of Connection (3 Hours)
Focus: Communication, Conflict, and Multi-Generational Legacy.
This stage is the "structure." It’s about how the man interacts with his family and the world as his role evolves over time.

Hour 1: Dynamic Communication. How to talk so kids (of all ages) listen, and how to listen so they talk. Adjusting communication for toddlers vs. teenagers vs. adult children.

Hour 2: Navigating Transitions. Managing the "Empty Nest," becoming a father-in-law, and the unique role of a grandfather as a family elder/historian.

Hour 3: Building the Legacy. Practical steps for mentorship. How to pass down skills, wisdom, and stories. Closing with a "Letter to the Future" exercise.
